Robot grinder load characteristics
According to the size of the grinding machine with different shaft diameters of the grinding machine, the grinding machine speed of the main grinding wheel motor is equal to the grinding wheel output grinding machine speed. The grinding force of the grinder depends on the output torque of the grinding wheel motor grinder. In the high-speed section of the spindle motor grinder that drives the workpiece to rotate, the output speed of the grinding wheel remains unchanged, the workpiece diameter of the machine is small, and the grinding feed is small; when machining large-diameter and long-shaft workpieces, the workpiece rotary grinder motor is in the low-speed section.
